ya that kinda worries me, how is that going to work out? will the flood just have human and covenant weapons and vehicles? I know that if you get a wraith as a human it turns green will the vehicles turn tan if the flood get them?

the flood base will be a biomass
the enemies will be the flood resources
flood need to collect resources in order to build there own units

the only buildable unit is an infection form
this is my hypothosis

How about the fact that the only way the flood could even be in Halo Wars would be if they were in the Campaign should you choose to play as they Covenant.

Think about it. up until Halo 1 humanity had never even seen the flood before, let alone know of its exsistence.

I'm saying Downloadable Content. Extra campaign levels or maybe even a level from Halo 1 that has the flood in it.
